【Composition and Performance】

The material is derived from animals of major pet categories through legal channels. It is processed through cutting, crushing, cleaning to remove bone marrow, chemical treatment to remove immunogenicity and/ or decalcification, freeze-drying, and irradiation sterilization. The main components are calcium phosphate salts, collagen, and osteogenic proteins. When applied to the same type of animal, the product forms new bone and heals with the recipient bone through osteoconduction and osteoinduction. The newly grown bone replaces the implant material, which is gradually absorbed. The natural bone implant material accounts for about 70% of the volume. Poloxamer and other macromolecule substances in the putty have a hemostatic effect on bone surfaces during surgery and can completely degrade within one month, which is beneficial for new bone formation.

【Indications for Use】

For filling bone defects caused by tumors or trauma, and bone grafting in spinal and joint fusion surgeries. It can also be used for hemostasis on bone surfaces.
