【Composition and Performance】
This putty is made from porous bioceramic artificial bone (pure β-TCP) and allogeneic bone inductive matrix (OI) particles mixed with medical-grade poloxamer etc. The volume ratio of the mixture of porous bioceramic artificial bone and canine bone inductive matrix (OI) to poloxamer etc is about 70%, with a volume ratio of OI to porous bioceramic of 30%. The porous bioceramic has a well-connected porous structure with a total porosity of 70%±10% and an open porosity rate greater than 50%. Its well-connected porous structure provides conditions for new bone formation through osteoconduction. The product degrades within 6–24 months after implantation, releasing calcium and phosphate ions as components for bone regeneration during degradation. OI has osteoinductive properties that promote new bone formation. The macromolecule putty also has a hemostatic effect on bone surfaces during surgery and can completely degrade within one month, which is beneficial for new bone formation.
